COLD WAR: Soviets, Spies, and Secrets is an all-new interactive special exhibit opening July 4, 2022 at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. The Cold War dominated every facet of postwar 20th century Western life. Bomb shelters, air raid drills, and draft cards were as American as apple pie. Spies infiltrated the highest levels of government, while the Soviet Union stockpiled nuclear missiles and funded Marxist regimes around the world.
